Royal Decrees 661/2007 and 1955/2000 establish and regulate the placing of guarantees to cover obligations resulting from the application for access to the distribution grid for production facilities subjected to the Spanish Régimen Especial.

Surety Bond. With this policy the insurance company is obliged, in case of non-compliance by the policyholder (the developer) with its legal obligations, to indemnify the insured (the administration) in accordance with the amount of the guarantee.
