Construction All Risks- CAR: Covers loss or damage to insured property or structures resulting from accidental or unforeseen circumstances.

Advance Loss of Profits - ALOP: Covers loss of profit from delays in completion of the project, including delays in transit resulting from insured events which occur during the Indemnity Period.

Liability - LIAB: Covers the payment of compensation for material damage or personal injury for which the insured is liable, including costs of civil or criminal bail bond, professional fees and legal costs.

Transport: Covers damage to or loss of material during marine and/or inland transit.
